Automated Single Pass (ASP+) Units

McFlusion’s Automated Single Pass (ASP+) units are used for automated single-pass (no recirculation) cleaning of open and closed process equipment, such as tablet packaging or bottling lines in the pharmaceutical solid (oral) dosage form and OLC (ointment, liquids, creams) industry segments.

The ASP+ equipment are available as stationary or portable units that are designed to provide boosted pressure water and/or cleaning solutions to the point-of-use spray devices, using a recipe system for automated cleaning. The ASP+ equipment can be configured in many different ways to address specific cleaning requirements and can also be combined with our Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) equipment for manual operations.
